Responsorial Psalm:
Psalm 89:2-3, 21-22, 25, 27

Gospel:
John 13:16-20

Reflection:
In Acts 13, Paul proclaims the message of salvation to both Jews and Gentiles, showing us that God’s truth is for everyone, regardless of background. His boldness in sharing the truth reflects the importance of obedience to God’s call and respect for the dignity of all people. Similarly, in the Gospel, Jesus teaches His disciples that obedience to God’s truth should lead us to act with humility and respect, just as He did. As we engage in relationships, our actions should align with the values of love, service, and humility, recognizing the inherent dignity in others.
Action/Practice:
Today, practice obedience to God’s call by respecting others in your relationships. Offer a kind word or gesture to someone in need, especially someone with whom you may struggle to connect.
Daily Goal:
Focus on respect and obedience in your relationships, being mindful of your actions and ensuring they reflect love and humility.
Journaling Prompt:
“How can I show respect and humility in my relationships today, following the example of Jesus?”
